OverDrive Fees
SELCO pays the annual platform fee for OverDrive. The SELCO Advisory Committee votes on an overall content contribution amount, which is then assessed to individual libraries, using a usage-based formula. This formula uses city population and a 5-year average of OverDrive circulation.
Libraries may choose to make supplemental contributions to grow the regional collection.
