Items for Cataloging Form

• Remember to search by ISBN and title in Evergreen before submitting items on the form.

• If you find a brief bib in Evergreen past the release date of an item (often noted with ON ORDER in the title field), please submit it on the form for full cataloging before adding your item.

• If you notice something wrong with a bib when adding an item (wrong format, wrong cover, missing information), please fill out the Items for Cataloging form with the information so we can properly update the record.
