Bookmark a web page
Google Chrome
Open Google Chrome and go to a web page you use often.
Once open click the star icon in the URL line as shown below, you can
choose the Bookmarks bar to always find it at the top of your page, or
Using the dropdown menu, choose which folder to save it in
Select Done
A shortcut for that page now show up in your Bookmarks

Add desktop shortcuts to favorite pages
Open Chrome browser, and go to the website you want to create the shortcut for.
At the top right, (the 3 dots or pancake menu) click More Tools, then Create Shortcut.
Enter a name for the shortcut.
(Optional) If you want the web page to open as a separate window, check the Open as window box.
Click Create.
Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox and go to a web page go to a web page you use often.
Once open, click the star icon in the URL line as shown below, and choose which folder to save it in, or choose the Bookmarks bar and hit Done
A shortcut for your page will now show up in your Bookmarks
Microsoft Edge
Open Microsoft Edge and go to go to a web page you use often.
Once open, click the star icon in the URL line as shown below, and choose which folder to save it in, or choose the Favorites bar and hit Add
A shortcut for the Information Portal should now show up in your Bookmarks
