Creating a New School Borrower Account
General Steps
Open Horizon
Open the CKO Window (under the Circulation folder)
Click on the Borrower dropdown menu > Find Borrower
Search for the student
A student can have a school and a public library card.
If the borrower already exists at the same type of library as yours, you’ll edit the record; do not create new.
Return to the CKO window
If the student already has a student card, you may edit (if there are changes), or move on to the next student.
To Create a New School Library Student/Borrower
In the CKO window, click on the Borrower dropdown menu > New Borrower
