Item In Transit: What to do if you can't mark an item missing?
Scenario 1: There is an item you can't find in your library. When you try to mark them missing, a window pops up and says it is requested from another library and you can't change the status from in transit.
Scenario 2: You check an item in from your tub and it goes on hold or in transit, but then you notice it is damaged.
Go to CKI window
On Toolbar, select CKI --> Damaged Mode
You will now see that you are checking in an item in Damaged Checkin Mode:
Scan the item
The Item now has a status of Damaged
Go back and follow the steps to Mark Item Missing.
