Manually Adding to Reading History

When users have Reading History enabled, they can click anywhere they see Add to List within the catalog to add titles to their Reading History.

Users will see two tabs across the top of the pop up modal - List and Reading History. When users click on Reading History, they can select the month and year they finished that title. Then, click Save to Reading History.

These titles will join any existing titles on the user’s Reading History so they can manually build their entire Reading History.

Manually added titles appear similarly to other titles in My Reading History.

Users will also be able to get You Might Also Like recommendations generated from these manually added titles.

Note: Manually added titles are not pushed to the ILS. Titles can be deleted at any time from Aspen Discovery by clicking Delete next to the item in Reading History.
