Evergreen was successfully upgraded to 3.16.6 on June 2, 2026.
A vast majority of library-related issues were able to be resolved by a hard refresh (using the Shift key + the Refresh button in the affected browser page).
Because of your Help Desk tickets, we identified new issues introduced with this upgrade:
You can no longer clear certain values back to Unset in the Holdings Editor if the value was previously set.
This affects Age Hold Protection, Circulation Modifier, Item Number (Volume Record) and Statistical Categories
Some users experience getting logged out frequently when opening new tabs.
There could be a variety of causes for this. The affected library was able to fix their issue by updating bookmarked URLs.
In Holdings View, using the Item Status (List) function in Holdings View can no longer transfer large volumes of items to the Item Status page.
Additionally, a MNLINK requesting function was not working for a few hours until Equinox adjusted some permissions. MNLINK is now working as expected.
Thank you for reporting the issues you experienced! Let the Help Desk know if you see anything else.
Equinox is upgrading our Evergreen production server to version 3.16 on Tuesday, June 2.

You may need to create a new workstation (or re-register a previously used workstation).
You may need to reset your patron searching settings. If you have trouble searching for patrons, complete the how to fix a stuck patron search instructions for your workstation.
Reports and Simple Reports are not currently available to test.
When you’re ready, test circulations, holds, item editing, and your other daily workflows. Let us know what issues you see, and provide screenshots when you can!
