If you’ve already tried clearing your cache and are still having issues with patron searching (you enter something in a search box and hit enter or click search but nothing happens), this is your next step.
Log into the workstation that’s having problems, and go to Administration → Workstation.
Select Stored Preferences.
Find the line in your preferences (either in the In-Browser Prefs tab or Server Workstation Prefs tab) that says eg.circ.patron.search.ou.
Click the red x. You’ll receive a pop-up asking if you want to delete the content. Click OK/Continue.
Once this line is deleted, you should be able to complete a patron search.
